boredom at it's best.

SO here i sit at work. well..if you can even consider it work today. I think i've helped maybe a total of 10 people in 6 hours. i finished all of my 'extra' jobs at 8:30 this morning and have been trying to entertain myself, and well..blogging was my last resort. current things that are on my mind:
why am i auditioning for american idol?
what song should i sing?
why are my eyes itching?
why did i eat 8 sticky fingers from wingers?
how many keystrokes do i make in a day?
why did i make a lunch if i'm never going to eat the one i made?
how many people will actually read this?
wow.... i guess i have alot on my mind...

let's see...what else is new? really nothing at all... played tennis last night with Julie's husband, Ryan, and that was fun...but i suck and he was probably bored out of his mind cause..well..i just am not good. But it was fun to play again, i haven't played for at least a year. I enjoy playing tennis, it makes me feel like i'm not completely lazy.

Some crazy person just swore at one of my coworkers on the phone--that is one thing i do not appreciate. Especially when calling BYU, (the lord's university ;)) wouldn't you think of more appropriate word choices? it just seems like common sense to me, but i guess some people just don't care.

My other coworker has this thing called "Webkins" have you ever heard of this? it's ridiculous... you buy this stupid stuffed animal and then you get a code to become part of this online world..kind of like a gigga pet or whatever those little handheld animals were called back in the day...but online. i think it's ridiculous, but she loves it with all her soul.

My brother mark comes home this weekend for a much needed visit. he's a fun person...usually. so that should be fun. he works at disneyland and he loves me.

unfortunately i'm still bored after typing all of this this was a waste of time for me, and probably for all of you readers. suckas!

American Idols Live

ALRIGHT so this past weekend i was fortunate enough to be invited by a good friend of mine (casey) to go down to vegas to see the American Idols Live concert... being a huge A.I. fan (that stands for american idol....) i was very very excited about this.. so first of all THANKS CASEY! Anyways...drove down to vegas for the show and it was well worth all the gas money. Once again i was a little rebellious and recorded video of my favorite performers from the show and have decided to share these treasures with you all. i hope you love them just as much as i do..i'm sure you will. Up first... Ms. Carly Smithson singing a lovely version of Evanescence's "Bring me to life" ) i apologize for the crazy filming...i was afraid someone was going to yell at me for filming so i tried to be sneaky.... but in the later videos i stopped freaking out and am not all shaky and over the place..) :) enjoy.

Next is carly singing "Crazy on You"

Next...Carly, again, singing "Drove All Night"

Next is Brooke White singing "One, Two, Three, Four" by Feist

Next (probably my favorite of the night) Syesha Mercado singing "Listen" From Dreamgirls.

Last but not least, Mr. David Cook singing "Billie Jean". I ran out of memory so it's not the whole thing...but you get the idea

So there you have it...i have some more video but didn't want to bore you all to death. It was such a fun concert and it's always fun to be around good friends. i always love going down to Las Vegas... it's my new home away from home.

Next exciting news of my life is that i'll be going to New York in August...and i'm basically pretty excited about it.

i just realized that the titles of my last two posts were almost identical, but have very different meanings. The first (mmmm) is when i eat something yummy, or something makes me happy. The second (hm) is when i find something interesting, or i don't really agree with it. Both are just a slight sound that i make with lips pursed. next time i'll try to have an actual title instead of a sound i commonly make.

I've always thought i was edward....cause i'm ridiculously good looking. but i guess carlisle will do.

You're Carlisle Cullen - You are very intelligent and have high moral standards. You truly care about people and helping them. Your knack for solving problems and pleasing two warring sides makes you unique and a desirable friend to have, even if sometimes you have to tell people what they might not like hearing.
